This shop makes you feel like you have been transported to mountains of Bolgna. Besides the absolutely breathtaking setting they are one of the most well stocked motorcycle dealers I have seen in a while. Really gives the feeling you're in a small town in Italy. Between the pictures of titans of motorsports and excellent examples of what the Europeans have to offer in terms of motorcycles it really made the experience of purchasing a Ducati surreal. My only complaint is that I had to go to Starbucks for an espresso to complete the experience 🤌 Great communication, expert staff and they stand by their products. Five stars all around.

No pressure. Fair price. They let you demo bikes. Can't ask for much more than that. Definitely ask for a quote from them when shopping around.

On the phone they said my repair was covered under warranty, had the bike towed there and guess what? My repair isn't covered, instead there was an estimate for over 500 bucks for leaky fork seals....Unprofessional!
